Read the following instructions very carefully before you fill the dealer application form please!

1 ) To be a registered dealer with us, we will offer ID and PW to check stock list.

Without an ID and a PW you cannot check our own stock list and parts section or account sections. With out ID and PW You can view Live Auto Auction section. But bidding cannot be allowed yet. When you view our stock list using ID and PW, prices are shown as F.O.B basis, but after we give you authority, prices are shown as C&F.

2 ) One ID and PW valid only for one company.

When you click "Agree" tab bottom of this page, It will open up a window asking for your email address. When you type in your email address and click "send" tab, a message will be sent to your email address asking you to fill in your company details.
Then you must fill in the return the application to us. Soon your mail will be received by our DB system, your ID and PW sent back to you automatically. Then you can login to the web stock.
A company cannot keep two IDs and PWs on our DB system.
Also if you give your ID and PW to a 2nd person, you will be held fully responsible. If we find out that you have given out your ID and PW, we will cancel your member account without any further notice.

3 ) Any unit can be reserved for three (3) days only.

In our DB system, vehicles can be kept reserved only for three days period. If you confirm the order of the vehicle we require a 50% of the down payment by TT transfer. If you can not arrange down payments, we will release the unit for sale again (if in any case you need to hold unit for more days you should discuss with us and then we can make arrangements to hold unit few more days)

4 ) Down payment & shipment.

The shipment will be arranged only after we receive the down payment. After the shipment, we will fax or e-mail you the balance statement of account with other necessary documents. Also we will inform you the landing details. If some one fails to pay off the balance before the vessel reaches the final destination, we will change B/L to other company or will inform the shipping company to return cargo without any further notice. If this happens the down payment will not be re-funded.

5 ) Auction.

You can participate to the biggest used cars and truck auction trough our web site. If you like to participate to the auctions, we require US$1000 or JPN Yen100,000 as a deposit. (Please read "HOW TO OFFER" page for more information)
