Please read the following instructions very carefully before you fill the dealer application form.

1 ) To be a registered dealer with us, we will offer ID and PW to check stock list.

Without ID and PW you cannot check our stock lists, parts section, and auctions section. You can only view used car listing of Live Auto Auction but bid cannot be allowed. Therefore you should get member ID and PW to participate Live Auto Auction. When you view our stock list using ID and PW, prices are shown as F.O.B basis, after you have given reserved authority, prices are shown as C&F. With ID and PW, now you can bid Live Auto Auction.

2 ) One ID and PW valid only for one company.

When you fill out registration form, ID and PW will be provided automatically by our DB system. When you get ID and PW, you can login the site. We give you "reserved" authority, you can reserve vehicles on our DB system. Companies cannot keep two ID and PW on our DB system. However if you give ID and PW to a 2nd person, you will be held fully responsible. If we find out that you have given out your ID and PW the system will automatically disqualify you as dealer.

3 ) Any unit can be reserved for three (3) days only.

On our DB system, vehicles can reserve only on a three day period. If you confirm vehicle we require a 50% downpayment by TT transfer. If you can not arrange downpayments, we will release unit for sale again ( if in any case you need to hold unit for more days you should discuss it with us and then we can make arrangements to hold unit ).

4 ) Down payment & shipment.

The shipment will arrange after we received down payment only. After the shipment, we will fax or e-mail to you the balance statement of account with other necessary documents. Also we inform you landing details. If some one fail to pay off the balance before vessel land to the final destination, we will change B/L to other company or will inform to shipping company to return cargo without further notice. If this happen, down payment will not re-fund.

5 ) Auction.

You can participate to the biggest used cars and truck auction trough our web site. If you like to participate to the auctions, we require US$1000 or JPN Yen 100,000 as a deposit. (please read "HOW TO OFFER" page for more information)
